Returns Policy

Returns are free of charge within 14 days of delivery and you will get a full refund. Product needs to be packaged as delivered.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defected item).

You should expect to receive your refund at the same time of the pickup.

Shipping

We will ship your order within 10 business days.

If your order includes chairs or "by order" items, it might take up to 3 weeks to get delivered and a 70% downpayment. And don't worry accessories, fashion and all small scale products will get delivered much faster ;)

International Shipping

We will ship your order within 10 business days too.

We only ship small scale products out of Egypt, but very soon the whole catalog will be included. Concerning the shipping fees, it will be calculated right before checkout, since it depends on the zone, country & the total weight/volume of your order.
